Last week's photography class at fifteen/eleven was super-inspiring, and I can't wait to share some of what I've learned. As such, I've been kind of a photography nerd this week -- learning more about how to take beautiful photos, and equally important, how to edit them.
That's why I'm in love with this adorable photo of matchsticks photoshopped into hearts. They look so real, I'll cop to being kind of disappointed that you can't buy them anywhere! (Because I'm totally crazy enough to waste money on heart-shaped matches).
A few other things I'm excited about this week:
- The fabulously talented food photographer behind What Katie Ate has put up a new post at long last --filled with seriously decadent Brazilian food. I'm dying to make the Sopa de Batata Doce (Sweet Potato Soup!) [Here]
- They say DC is a small town, but I'm constantly discovering amazing talent that everyone else seems to know about but me. - I'm always on the hunt for fresh, healthy and easy weeknight dinners. This meyer lemon pasta is 100 percent on the menu this week. [here]
